2 days ago, I started developing my P2P messenger. I made the first version of the protocol on paper. In the project, the connection algorithm is based on STUN and Singaling servers. The UDP hole punching method is used to bypass NAT. Today I started writing the first version of the database schema for the Signaling server. Let’s see what happens next. I’m really excited about this idea!

Today, I finally decided to switch to another GNU/Linux distribution. I have been using Arch Linux with bspwm for several years. I liked everything, but I wanted more stability and openness. I started thinking more seriously about free software. The choice fell on fedora with GNOME. Although I had previously used the tilling manager, I decided to switch back to the window manager. Let’s see what happens. In general, if you assign all the hotkeys and virtual desktops, then everything will be exactly the same. I expect more stability, that’s the main thing. I’ll tell you later how the switching went. Stay tuned!
Today I decided to start this blog. I will post various news on projects, as well as photos. I recently created a page About me. Take a look there and find out more. Stay tuned!
